CharityComms - Project management of their rebrand and new website
CharityComms is a charity organisation supporting other charities with their communications, providing a space for mentoring, training and networking events.
This project is still in progress and I will share the results once it is live.
The Scenario
I have worked with CharityComms on their rebrand project, from helping them write their brief and manage their tender process, liaising with both the design agency and website agency to manage timelines, ensure relevant stakeholders are engaged and informed, and make the process run as effectively as possible for a team that are tight with busy workloads.
The Process
I created a project plan and ran regular stand up meetings throughout the project with both the client and the agencies to ensure that everyone is on track and informed.
I was the central point of contact for all agencies and staff, freeing team members up for other BAU projects and ensuring nothing got missed.
What they had to say about working with me
“Emily has been a fantastic project manager for our CharityComms refreshed brand and website project - super efficient, brilliant at communicating with all parties, and making sure that we're all on track. Her advice and support has been invaluable and she's an absolute delight to work with, as well as bringing tons of experience about just what a project like this needs. She's not afraid to ask the difficult questions, as well as making sure everyone is included to make sure we're all on the journey together. I can't recommend her highly enough!”
