Panda is a start-up talent search business using sophisticated AI processes to headhunt ideal candidates for technology start-ups.
The Scenario
I worked with Panda when they were starting their business to create their:
Tone of voice guide
Marketing strategy
Content strategy and topic pillars
Website content
I worked alongside Panda whilst they were building their brand identity and website ahead of launch.
The Process
We ran an in-person workshop identifying their core audiences and outreach processes, identifying the correct stages of start-ups to target with their marketing.
I then worked with their brand designer to understand the brand concept and create a tone of voice that aligned with their identity, giving guidance on how to amend their voice for each audience and marketing stage.
I delivered a detailed marketing plan and voice guide, providing training to the client to understand how to deliver it.
I then co-produced and reviewed the website content ahead of the website going live.
