Wentworth Woodhouse - Brand messaging audit and recommendations

Working in a team with Holly at The Marketing Steer, I conducted a detailed audit of charity messaging across local heritage and tourism charities similar to Wentworth Woodhouse and compiled a plan of recommendations to improve awareness of Wentworth Woodhouse being a charity and asking for support.

The Scenario

Wentworth Woodhouse is a charity based in South Yorkshire. A historical house and gardens that opened to the public during the pandemic and continues to be renovated to welcome visitors. 

The Process

I conducted an audit both online and in person, exploring how charities use their messaging and signage to promote that they’re a charity and need donations for support. 

Following the detailed audit, I then compiled a list of recommendations in a plan for Wentworth Woodhouse to implement.
